My name is Roberto, and I am a passionate traveler who has discovered a new form of exploration and freedom through biking.
Since 2018, when I bought my bike, I have become a tireless explorer and an enthusiast for two-wheeled adventures. I have always had a deep love for traveling, but it was only in recent years that I discovered the magic of travel on two wheels.
Through thousands of kilometers on dirt roads and hidden trails, I have found a unique connection with nature and the various cultures I’ve encountered along the way.
Do not give up and stay strong
This phrase guided me during my first solo trip from San Bonifacio (VERONA) to Santiago de Compostela.
The idea of traversing the Camino de Santiago was an irresistible call from the moment I first heard of this ancient trail that crosses Spain However, rather than opting for the traditional route, I decided to embrace an even greater challenge: to travel from Verona to Santiago by bike, completely alone.
Riding solo allows you to embrace absolute freedom.
Traveling alone by bike is also an inner journey. During the long rides, there is time to reflect, to confront oneself, to accept the challenges that arise along the way and to overcome them with determination. It is an opportunity to connect with one’s inner strength and to find one’s own peace in the solitude of the journey.
From the inhabitants of the villages crossed to the travelers one meets along the road, there are always stories to hear, experiences to share, and connections to be made. The bicycle thus becomes a bridge between different cultures, a universal language that unites people from all over the world.
