If you have made a purchase on Bikerando, you may exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 days of receiving the product, as provided by applicable regulations governing online purchases.
To request a withdrawal, please complete the form on this page by providing your order details and the products you wish to return. Once your request has been received, our team will provide you with all the necessary instructions for returning the goods.
The return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, who is free to choose the courier service to be used for the return shipment.
To be eligible for a refund, the product must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, complete with any accessories, original packaging and accompanying documentation.
Bikerando reserves the right to inspect the condition of the returned goods. In the event that products are returned damaged, incomplete, modified or with evident signs of use that are not compatible with a normal inspection of the product, the refund may be denied in accordance with applicable regulations.
